Totality 2028 is an immersive electronic music celebration of the rare total solar eclipse, taking place in 2028 over the weekend of July 21 – 23 in at the iconic Betoota Hotel in the Queensland outback. During this extraordinary celestial alignment, the path of totality will pass directly over Betoota, transforming one of Australia’s most remote landscapes into a gathering point for music, connection, and shared human experience.

Set within the vast openness of the Channel Country landscape, Totality 2028 has been designed as more than a music event. The program will bring together a curated mix of international electronic artists, respected Australian DJs, and emerging local talent, creating opportunities for both established and unearthed performers to share the stage. Alongside the music offering, attendees will have access to a diverse program of complimentary experiences including roller skating, yoga sessions, breathwork, wellness activities, market stalls, and communal spaces designed to encourage connection and participation throughout the weekend.
