Solar United Natives (S.U.N.) Festival 2026 takes place July 13 to 19 in Csobánkapuszta, a secluded valley in the Cserhát Mountains of Northern Hungary, accessible via train from Budapest to Bercel or Galgaguta followed by a festival shuttle. Featuring ex-members of the legendary Ozora, S.U.N. is organized by the non-profit Mély Mosoly Foundation as a community-focused tribal gathering rather than a commercial festival, operating on a membership model where attendees become yearly members and are encouraged to volunteer and participate in village life. This week-long event features an impressive lineup rooted in old school Goa trance across three stages: Solar Stage (main amphitheater for Goa, psytrance, and progressive), Moon Stage/Lalaland (darker experimental sounds), and Deep S.U.N./Ambient Garden (downtempo and psybient), with programming that flows from healing workshops and ambient music through high-energy peak days before winding down to a community-focused close. S.U.N. is solar-powered with a strong emphasis on organic food, sustainable living, and “leave no trace” ethics, attracting scene veterans and families to its permanent, kid-friendly venue on a private dirt road site.
