We are sad to announce that due to the Hungarian government’s decision we cannot hold the festival this year on the scheduled date. Next year in 2021 at the usual time – between 19-25 July – will only be SUN again. We have to cancel this year’s festival because of the legal ban.

Tickets already purchased are automatically valid for next year’s date. To this we add a gift ticket, which you can redeem for one of our smaller events in 2 years time (WinterSUN, SUN promo parties, Csobánkapuszta events, etc.). About this all our members and ticket buyers will receive a more detailed email.

Ozora Festival takes its name from the village of Ozora in Tolna County, Hungary. This small village, with a population of roughly 2000 people, has hosted tens of thousands of international psychedelic music lovers for more than a decade. The Hungarian festival continues to grow in popularity and is no doubt on any psychedelic travellers music festival bucket list.

Pitch Music & Arts — four aural days of music and contemporary art, situated in the forever-still Grampian plains. Bringing together a community of like-minded people for an indelible weekend.

Blazing Swan is a week-long arts event held in Western Australia each year at Jilakin Rock City, a temporary city erected at Jilakin Rock lake, by the home of the Kulin Bush racetrack near the town of Kulin. The event is held around late summer over the Easter long weekend and was inspired by the Burning Man event held each year in the Black Rock Desert in the USA.

It is an experiment in temporary community and art, influenced by Blazing Swans 11 principles of Radical Inclusion, Gifting, Decommodification, Radical Self-reliance, Radical Self-expression, Communal Effort, Civic Responsibility, Leaving No Trace, Participation, Immediacy and Consent.

Blazing Swan was set up by a small group of people who had visited Burning Man in the USA several times and have also been closely involved in setting up and organising regional burns in South Africa (AfrikaBurn) and the east coast of Australia (Burning Seed). In 2014 they created the first Blazing Swan event and since then the event has grown to involve over 3,000 people each year. It has grown with the support of Burning Man in the USA, the continuing huge effort of local volunteers and participants each year and a strong support from the local Kulin community.

The smiles, the sunburn, the sky and the clouds. The strangers, the friends – both new found and old. That long drive into the unknown, followed by dancing, and inevitable laughter. Embarking on adventures through the ghost gums, discovering a bamboo playground, an oriental tea lounge, a jazz quintet improvising in a temple or a disco legend unleashing funk & soul from a treehouse. Afternoons of wild river swimming and those quite moments of reflection.

These are the things that will define the greatest weekend of your life.

Welcome to the wild world of Strawberry Fields.

The enigmatic festival returns in 2020 after a year to rest and refocus. The WOS team invites you head to the heartland to the incredible MacDonnell Ranges for a feast of music, arts and performance.
