Earthdance Johannesburg 2026 takes place September 18–20, 2026 at Fun Valley Pleasure Resort. This year’s theme, “Rooted in Rhythm,” honours the element of Earth — grounded in renewal, growth, and quiet strength — inviting each participant to step into spring as a season of shedding, softening, and beginning again.

The Earthdance Global Peace Party is the world’s largest underground music and dance gathering for peace, held annually since 1997. Across continents, hundreds of artists, DJs, dancers, and speakers come together on the same weekend, united by the worldwide “Prayer for Peace” ceremony — the same words, at the same time, on every Earthdance dancefloor on Earth. South Africa hosts four annual editions, including Cape Town, Nelson Mandela Bay, and the Garden Route.
