MMD Records is back and we are celebrating our 20th Anniversary in style. After being dormant from events for over a decade, we return in full force, with a kaleidoscopic lineup & venue truly fit for kings & queens of Psy. A reunion, a celebration, a once in a lifetime gathering of all things magic & psychedelic.
Arguably one of the most exclusive venues to have ever been used for a public gathering of souls in Cape Town. A quick shuttle ride from the Hout Bay harbour, takes stompers to one of the most recluse and awe-inspiring venues ever witnessed for a Psytrance event. At MMD Records we always pride ourselves in sourcing the freshest & most unique venues around Cape Town, and this venue exceeds any and all expectations ten fold.

The Dragon’s Den:
The majestic outdoor courtyard will showcase a magical array of Psydub, Dark Prog, Fullon, & Twilight Psy, hosting 2 quality International guests along with some of Cape Town’s premiere Psychedelic Live Acts & DJs. Artists who have each played a part in MMD’s 20-year history, all reuniting with the backdrop of a glorious castle overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.

The Knight’s Court:
The inside of the phenomenal Lichtenstein Castle will be magically transformed into a mystical ballroom of bass, hosting some of Cape Town’s quality Techno, Psytech, Avantguard, & Progressive Psytrance artists, alongside an International guest capping the night off in fashion.
