Bazique Festival has now firmly established itself as South Africa’s most original and exciting, large-scale festival of performing arts. One of the best Cape Town festivals.
A 3-day reverie of art, music and surreal shenanigans, set in a majestic lakeside venue. Bazique Festival is a groundbreaking collective of artists and promoters… people who are passionate about what they do and put community first.
The entire festival will be run on the Howler cashless system. You can load money onto your wristband in advance online or at multiple spots at the festival.
Bazique has found its new home and it is hands down the best venue for a camping festival we have ever seen in the Western Cape.
The green pastures, huge spring water swimming dam, incredible mountain views and lush woodlands of the majestic Kromrivier Farm near Greyton are a balm for the soul…. check out the drone footage! Only 150km from Cape Town, this is a place you’d want to spend the weekend camping even if there wasn’t a world class festival of music and performing arts going on.

We are going to keep the music going until midnight on Sunday and the campsites, food stalls and bars will all stay open. (And yes, by the way, the public camping will have showers this time!!)
So, you can stay over for the whole weekend and head back on Monday if you fancy taking Monday morning off work (never a bad idea).
